Server Products is dedicated to providing the best customer service possible. We maintain a fully staffed department of highly skilled service specialists and factory-trained personnel to answer any questions and solve any equipment issues. Server equipment is backed by a 2-year warranty, but in the event you need a unit repaired, we’ll fix it and send it back to you within 48 hours after it’s received. It’s that simple.
Repair services are handled at the Server Products manufacturing facility in Richfield, Wisconsin.

Products defective under warranty need to be returned freight prepaid for no-charge repair or replacement
Equipment can be returned for repairs beyond the 2-year warranty period and is billed for parts and labor services used
Repairs are prompt; a 48 hour turnaround from receipt is common. Please note, Server Products operates on a five-day workweek
A return authorization number is required. Failure to acquire this number prevents processing and may result in lost equipment
