Cooling Time & Method

  • Unlimited Cooling (Thermoelectric Power)
  • Up to 12 hours (HoldCold Jars)
  • Up to 4 hours (Ice Packs or Ice)

Choosing a Pump

Many people, especially those who are new to the industry, may not realize the importance of selecting the proper pump for the food product being dispensed and it's usage applications. Armed with pump selection knowledge, business owners can make an educated decision about products that will greatly impact their business.

What do you dispense?

  • Thin (fountain syrup, liqueur, hot sauce, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce)
  • Thick (ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, salad dressing, barbeque sauce)
  • Particulates (tartar sauce, Thousand Island dressing)

Pump styles include:

  • Stainless steel (An investment in durability, these units last for years with routine maintenance)
  • Durable plastic (Solution™ style pumps are perfect for rotating menu items that vary from thin to thick)
  • Pouched product (Express™ or Extreme™ style, great for high-volume operations)
