Our Returns Center makes it easy to return an item. Here's how:
Items must be returned within 90 days, must be in new and unused condition and contain all original packaging and accessories. Sorry, electrical parts such as thermostats, heating elements and etc. are non-returnable. Please order carefully.
Return Authorization Number: A return authorization number is required. Failure to acquire a Return Authorization Number may result in the loss of credit. A timely refund can be expected by calling customer service at 1-800-558-8722 or through an email request.
