Knowing operator issues and challenges has helped us deliver equipment with features designed specifically to meet real needs. The IntelliServ™ 1/3-Size Warmer is a good example of how this works. Our customers needed a compact solution to warming sauces and soups throughout a shift. We solved this problem by developing a petite sized warmer that holds common fractional pans.
Changing menus require versatile equipment - configure with (2) 1/6-size pans for ladling specialty sauces or add pumps and signage for merchandising dessert toppings.
