The Mix-N-Serve™ is designed with a magnetic agitator that continually stirs to keep product uniform throughout the day. It holds 5½ quarts (5.2 L) of butter and allows the addition of smaller amounts of solid butter as a melted batch is depleted. The Mix-N-Serve™ includes a melting basket and removable stainless steel vessel.

A clever, magnetically coupled impelier mixes the butter. It's large enough to make it difficult to lose and simply lifts out of the vessel for cleaning. The impelier produces a vortex to keep butter mixed well for consistent flavor. Separate switches control the stirring and heating function. The adjustable thermostat holds product up to 170º F (77º C) and locks to prevent accidental changes. A 400 watt heating element heats product without burning or scorching.
