Problem:

The stand isn't high enough, how can I use this to fill squeeze bottles?

Solution:

Fill Tall ContainersThe upper platform can be repostioned for more room below the faucet. Lift the upper platform off of the legs. Rotate platform position onto other legs to give the spout more clearance over a counter edge.

Problem:

The faucet drips or dispenses only a little or nothing when pushed. What could be wrong?

Solution:

Faucet is DrippingThe faucet is simply a valve and is the area to investigate.

  1. Ensure the faucet connector is threaded correctly to the vessel threads to creat a tight seal.
  2. Ensure the lever inside the faucet is placed correctly withing the silicone insert.
  3. Check the valve itself. A particle of food, even as small as a seed, could be lodged inside the silicone valve and cause the faucet to leak slightly.
