Our service department is prepped and ready. And in the event you need repairs, we’ll fix it and send it back within 48 hours after it’s received. It’s that simple.

  • Defective products under warranty should be returned freight prepaid for no-charge repair or replacement.

  • Beyond the 2-year warranty period, repairs are billed for parts and labor services used.

  • We feel your pain and routinely achieve a 48-hour turnaround from receipt; operating on a five-day workweek.

  • Repair services for products within the U.S.A are handled right at our manufacturing facility in Richfield, Wisconsin.
