  • Variable portions can be dispensed by removing hand before the dispensing cycle is complete
  • Dispensing field is 1" to 3" (2.5 to 7.6-cm) from the sensor eye to prevent unintended serving when surface sanitizing or during pass-by activity
  • Restaurant ready — just plug into a standard outlet and start dispensing
